Sticklen Dreyer Tinney Law Firm Selected to Gator100

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Sticklen Dreyer Tinney Law Firm was named to the University of Florida’s 2021Gator100 during a special virtual ceremony on April 23.

The Gator100 recognizes the world’s fastest-growing Gator businesses owned or led by UF alumni. Ernst & Young calculated each company’s compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over the past three years to generate the ranking.


Sticklen Dreyer Tinney, P.C. is a personal injury law firm with offices located in both Columbia and Joplin, MO. Since the firm’s founding in 1997, Charlie Sticklen and Shelly Dreyer have received over $150 million in settlements and judgments for their clients. With a support staff of five, Sticklen Dreyer Tinney provides personalized customer service to clients throughout Central and Southwest Missouri. Founding partner, Charlie Sticklen, earned his BA from the University of Florida in 1988 and COO, Dawn Hobbie-Sticklen, received her BSBA in Marketing from the University of Florida in 1988.


To qualify for the Gator100, companies must have been in business for five or more years as of Oct. 30, 2020, and have had verifiable annual revenues of $250,000 or more every year since. Additionally, a UF alumnus or alumna must have met one of the following three leadership criteria:

  1. Owned 50 percent or more of the company from Jan. 1, 2017, through Oct. 30, 2020;
    or   

2. Served as the company’s chief executive from Jan. 1, 2017, through Oct. 30, 2020; or  

3. Founded the company and been active as a member of the most senior management team from Jan. 1, 2017, through Oct. 30, 2020.
